The Shot

The first thing we did was create a story concept by bringing our ideas together and picking the best one. Once we had the idea I wrote the script and worked with the rest of the group to create the storyboard. When we had everything in order we started shooting. After we shot everything we went back and performed ADR to get the dialogue and some folly. When we had gathered all of the footage and audio we were able to begin the editing process. Adding and adjusting audio consumed the majority of time because almost none of it was in camera. The final step was to add in music, for this step I simply went with rising strings to build tension. Some of the things that we did that worked was the folly. Almost all of the footsteps that you hear in the film were recorded later and added in post. Also the audio for most of the dialogue turned out very well because we added it in post.
